How long does it take to see results from your consulting services?
It depends on the program you choose. Our Flagship offer is the Inclusive Leadership Equity Alliance and can be completed in three months. You will walk away with a Culture Blueprint and a leadership blueprint. Other programs that include bias training, antiracism policy writing, fair hiring and promoting practices and employee led initiatives take one to two years.

We obsess over our client’s results. We are also a data driven organization and customize relevant Key Performance Indicators for different learning modules.

Adriana, our founder is certified by the Society of HR Management and is required to submit continued education credits every year to keep her status. Our organization is a Certified Partner of the Predictive Index and our entire team participated in continues education and development programs through the year.
What is the cost structure for your consulting and training services?
It depends on the services you are looking to implement but many of our services are through the Workforce Training Fund Program from the State of Massachusetts, greatly reducing the cost through grants!
